- Hi I have been a coeliac for several years and today I tried you GF Apple and Spice Pancake Mix, it was absolutely delicious, although it is Gluten Free it is definately the best GF product I have ever eaten, my children agree and they are the biggest food critics ever. Well done, will be ordering some more, we also love the blueberry pancakes not that I get to eat them but they are sensational. Thanks!
