This coffee is made from two lots from a family owned farm located in the highlands of Huehuetenango, close to the border with Mexico.

This region produces one of the finest coffees in Guatemala. The area is dry (protected from frost) and fertile. Those elements combined with a high altitude, has resulted in a cup that has an intense acidity, but that is full bodied and yet fine. The speciality is the aroma and the high amount of anti-oxidants present.

Best Appreciated: Recommended black – short or long black, espresso.
